Initiative Execution Evaluation Toolkits

Using the Framework’s “Cube,” a powerful, “quick reference” picture of each initiative’s potential performance!

Simple Tables, Graphs and “The Cube” Pictures so you “see” the confidence you have in each initiative’s success!

Initiative Execution Evaluation Toolkits

An innovative process that focuses on taking each initiative from a “good idea” to a robust, executable Benefit and Activity advantage by:

  • Determining the business’ confidence that it’s an executable initiative, developing the “Execution Confidence Index” - ECI.
  • Ensuring it adds value to the organization,
  • Properly prioritizing each initiative for implementation,
  • Asking and answering all the planning questions before deployment, and
  • Developing a clear, organization wide understanding of how the initiatives fit into corporate and customer business goals.

Process:

  • Start by entering strategies or initiatives and their “acid tests” (results expected) as to why each is valuable.
  • Assess “confidence level” of each initiative by rating the criteria and reviewing results.
  • Analyze results using confidence level scores and the “cubes” (using the confidence level, they estimate the value each initiative can add) - leads to choosing and prioritizing moves.
  • Plan the initiatives by “answering” the criteria’s implied questions needed for successful implementation.
