He co-developed, using C Cubed’s toolkits, The Challenge for Market Leadership, a tri-city seminar and workshop tour and has spoken at national CRM conferences (sponsored by DCI, Ziff Davis, and Field Force Automation) on the challenges of locating and implementing the initiatives needed for creating and differentiating high performing business value assets.
